Mischa Barton Busted!
Mischa Barton has been stopped by the real PD.The 21-year-old former O.C. star was arrested early Thursday morning in West Hollywood and reportedly booked on suspicion of driving under the influence, possessing an illegal narcotic and driving with an invalid license.
According to hollyscoop.com, which first reported the incident, Barton was tooling along in her white Range Rover when she was pulled over at the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica boulevards at 2:46 a.m..
Details of what went down during the bust have not yet been released, but per an arrest report obtained by TMZ, the petite starlet was booked at 3:10 a.m. at the nearby Sheriff’s Department station and is currently still in custody. She’s being held on $10,000 bail.
Barton’s camp has not yet commented, but the Las Vegas club scene, for one, is keeping the faith.
A rep for the brand-new CatHouse nightclub told E! Online Senior Editor Marc Malkin Thursday morning that Barton is still “all set and ready to go” to host the lounge’s Saturday night opener.
